Cooldown (“the app”) shows you your own AI-subscription usage on your Home Screen and in the app. It is published by Soloship. The short version: your provider credentials and usage never leave your device; the only data we receive is anonymous crash reports and product analytics that contain none of your personal information.

What stays on your device (and never reaches us)

Cooldown has no account system of its own and no server that stores your data.

What we do collect (anonymous, never your personal data)

To keep the app working, it sends two limited streams to third-party processors. Neither contains your access tokens, account emails, or usage numbers — the app strips that before anything is sent.

We do not sell or share your data, use it for advertising, track you across other apps, use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), or collect location, contacts, photos, or health data.

App Store privacy labels

The app collects Diagnostics (Crash Data) and Analytics (Product Interaction), both not linked to your identity and not used for tracking. All other data is Not Collected.

Data retention

On your device, cached usage and tokens remain until you unlink an account or delete the app (which removes everything). Diagnostics and analytics are retained by Sentry and PostHog under their standard periods and their own privacy terms.

Your choices

Remove your data from the device anytime by unlinking an account (Settings → Connectors → Unlink) or deleting the app. Notification permission is requested only if you enable limit alerts and can be revoked in iOS Settings.

Children

Cooldown is a developer utility and is not directed at children under 13.
