How do I add a widget?

Long-press your Home Screen → tap the + → search “Cooldown” → pick the size (Small, Medium, or Large). Then long-press the placed widget → Edit Widget → choose a design by name.

A provider says “reconnect” or shows the wrong number.

These integrations use each provider’s own sign-in, which can occasionally change. Open Connectors → tap the account → Unlink, then link it again. If it persists, email us — we patch these fast.

Do you see my accounts or usage?

No. Your sign-in tokens live only in your iPhone’s Keychain and usage is fetched straight from each provider to your device. We never receive your tokens, email, or usage. See the Privacy Policy.

How often does it update?

The app refreshes every time you open it. Widgets refresh roughly every 15–30 minutes (iOS decides), and countdown widgets tick live. There’s no server, so it can’t poll continuously.

How do I delete my data?

Unlink an account (Settings → Connectors → Unlink) or delete the app — both remove everything from your device immediately.
